Is Transaction Enrichment free?
Yes. You can start with 100 free credits without adding a payment method. Each credit can be used to enrich one transaction.
What payment plans are available?
TE offers two options:
- Monthly plans: Recurring credit allowances with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
- Pay-as-you-go: Prepaid credit packs valid for six months.
How many credits does one enrichment cost?
One credit enriches one transaction. The price per credit varies by plan, with larger plans offering a lower cost per transaction.
Do credits roll over to the next month?
Unused credits from monthly plans roll over for up to six months, subject to your plan terms.
What is the per-statement pricing?
Statement processing is charged per page. The price and number of credits used per page vary by plan. See the plan comparison above for current rates.
Do you charge for failed requests?

What happens when I run out of credits?
You will no longer be able to enrich new transactions through the API. You can continue testing in the Playground using sample data, or purchase a pay-as-you-go top-up.
