About Aspire & Achieve scholarship program
We provide a scholarship program tailored to high-achieving engineering and STEM students, organized into two distinct categories:

US and Canadian engineering students from underrepresented groups
We are seeking tech students to collaborate with us in enhancing our operations and contributing to the construction of our future through innovative and creative approaches.
Four scholarships will be dedicated to engineering students, with a particular focus on students in the US or in Canada
Recipients of the scholarship will receive a $5,000 US award and have the opportunity to pursue a four-month paid internship at Zafin
Eligibility
Eligibility requirements
Citizenship and residency
Academic achievement
Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited university or college undergraduate or master’s engineering program, entering the third or fourth year of a four-year degree program. Applicants should also have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent at the time of application
Field of study
Applicants must be enrolled in one of the qualifying engineering programs
Background and gender
The scholarship program is open to students over 18 years old representing minority, immigrant, or underrepresented communities
Extracurricular activities and community involvement
Applicants are expected to demonstrate a commitment to community service, volunteer work or leadership in their community, university, or college
Financial assistance (Engineering stream only)
If selected, applicants are required to substantiate their financial need by providing adequate documentation, such as bank statements, tax returns, proof of government financial support, etc.

Women pursuing STEM courses at the undergraduate or graduate level worldwide

Four scholarships will be exclusively granted to women in the technology and STEM fields across all global regions: Americas, Asia Pacific, EMEA, and India

Eligibility requirements
Citizenship and residency
Applicants must either hold citizenship or permanent residency status in the applicable country or region or have a valid student visa
Academic achievement
Applicants are required to be enrolled full-time in an accredited university or college undergraduate or master’s STEM program. Additionally, candidates should maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent at the time of application. See Terms and Conditions for details

Applicants must be enrolled in one of the qualifying STEM majors
Background and gender
The scholarship program is accessible to females who are 18 years or older
Extracurricular activities and community involvement
Applicants should display a dedicated commitment to community service, volunteerism, or leadership roles within their community, university, or college, as well as engagement in extracurricular activities. Priority will be accorded to candidates currently pursing STEM-related courses and those who can exemplify a strong dedication to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through their involvement, leadership, and enthusiasm for their chosen STEM field
Selection Process

The Zafin scholarship committee will review all online applications

Candidates will be evaluated based on the eligibility criteria, their resume/CV, written essay official transcripts from all post-secondary educational institutions and submission of two letters of recommendation

Candidates who make it to the shortlist may receive an invitation for an in-person or virtual interview with the Zafin scholarship committee
4
Those selected for the scholarship will receive a notification by email and must confirm their acceptance of the award within two weeks of the notification
